Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Jackson County, West Virginia, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
