Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

DrapeCo currently ships to the following regions:

  • United States (all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands)
  • Canada (all provinces and territories)
  • United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland)

Note: For orders outside these regions, please contact us at sopport@drapecoo.shop before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Important: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method selected.
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD.
  • Orders under $75: Standard shipping rates starting at $5.99 USD (US), $8.99 USD (Canada), and $9.99 USD (UK).
  • Express shipping rates are available at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your drapecoo account and viewing your order history.
  • Please allow 48-72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information.

6. International Orders — Customs & Duties

For Canada & UK customers:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • DrapeCo is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • We cannot mark orders as "gifts" or declare lower values to avoid customs duties.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered within 20 business days (US) or 25 business days (Canada/UK) from the shipping date, please contact us at sopport@drapecoo.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and file a claim if necessary.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damaged items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, drapecoo is not responsible for theft. Please ensure a secure delivery location. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

8. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a pickup point, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
  • If we do not hear from you within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus original shipping costs.

9. Address Changes

We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been processed. Please contact sopport@drapecoo.shop immediately with your order number and correct address. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
