Refund policy

1. Overview
At DrapeCo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns and issue refunds in accordance with this policy.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and labels attached
- In original packaging where applicable
- Free of odors, stains, makeup marks, or pet hair
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense or subject to a reduced refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Swimwear and undergarments/lingerie (unless defective)
- Sale/clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items damaged by wear, wash, or misuse
- Items without original tags or packaging
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at sopport@drapecoo.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns — see below).
- Package the item(s) securely with the RA number clearly marked on the package.
- Drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
- We will process your return within 5-7 business days of receiving the item.

6. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where we sent the wrong item or the item was defective.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes only (subject to availability):
- Contact us at sopport@drapecoo.shop to check availability of the desired size.
- If the size is available, we will process an exchange after receiving your returned item.
- If the size is not available, we will issue a store credit or refund at your preference.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the original item was defective.
8. Store Credit
Store credit is issued as a gift card to your email and can be used on any future purchase. Store credit does not expire and can be combined with other payment methods.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sopport@drapecoo.shop
- Include clear photos of the damage/defect and the original packaging
- We will provide a free return label and issue a full refund or replacement at your preference
- No restocking fees apply for defective items
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 14 business days:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement again
- Contact your credit card company or bank — processing times vary
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at sopport@drapecoo.shop
11. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- After 12 hours, we begin processing orders and cancellations may not be possible.
- To cancel, email sopport@drapecoo.shop immediately with your order number.
